ribeyes, oysters and scallops

Hi Folks-

Right now Sharon’s putting together a table for the new 50″ television she got me for Christmas. It’s very difficult to put the table together or at least it seems so to me. Sharon is very smart about putting things together, however, and I don’t feel too guilty not helping. It was a sweet present, the tv. Immense picture. I’ll be watching the Patriots play the Doiphins this Sunday, the last game of the regular season. Patriots have to win to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs .

Tomorrow is my 63rd birthday so we’re going to have the always fun family dinner. We’re having a standing rib roast and Sharon told me she was going to make me a yellow cake with boiled frosting. We’e having lots of oysters, there are a lot at the storetomorrow , and Sharon is making a corn cassarole.

Tomorrow we’ll have lots of oysters, and sea scallops and salmon filets. Perfect New Years fare. We also love,

Sharon and I, the streaks we get from Black River – ribeyes and New York Strips from Northeastern Farms, grass fed, no antibiotics – all the good stuff. We’ll have plenty of these at the store tomorrow and Saturday. We also will be selling frozen pealed and deveined farm raised shrimp by the two pound bag.

Fish arriving tomorrow:

  • Alaskan Cod, flash frozen at sea
  • Grade 2+ Yellowfin Tuna
  • Dayboat yellow tail sole
  • Sustainable Shetland Salmon
  • Dayboat Haddock
  • Swordfish
  • Icelandic Arctic Char
  • 16/20 Wild Gulf Shrimp
  • 10/20 Dry Scallops
  • Katama Bay and Fly oysters

See you at the Store!
