Oyster Sale and the fish tomorrow

Hi Folks-

Well that was fun! Thanksgiving was great with our family and however you did yours I hope it was fun too! We had three turkeys and they were all cooked well; fried, smoked and roasted. I think that speaks well to the turkey cooks in our family. Usually you have about a fifty/fifty shot of having a Thanksgiving bird cooked well. Katy nailed the deep fried, injecting lots of savory seasonings, so good; Alec did a beautiful smoked turkey, full of flavor and moist; Melissa rocked the traditional roasted turkey and I mean rocked it, tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. So next year, if you need a place to go, I would recommend checking in with us :-), we had some serious amounts of food!

Next week I should have holiday pricing out. If you have something special in mind this is the time to start thinking about it. Today is basically the 1st of December and I will need all special orders by about the 18th, so seriously think about it now.

WE have premium Pemaquid oyster from last Friday that we are putting on sale. They were harvested less than ten days ago and so are in excellent shape but their quality will start to decrease of over the next week. Usually 1.84 each, on sale for .99 each, great time to try them! We are also going to have bluefish so if you are looking for something less expensive and tasty now’s the time.
