Get ready, Get set, Cook!

Hi Folks-

Okay I’m going to give it to you straight, we had company for dinner and I got to continue my cooking extravaganza from this weekend. And I don’t have a lot of creative energy left for writing. So here’s what I made tonight, and you should too, it was tasty and easy. The french green bean and potato salad I was raving about. I’ve made it twice in the last week. A simple 20 minute twice cooked pork tenderloin, no oven needed and with a rare ability to perfectly control the done-ness. And because I like a little challenge also A perfect carrot cake recipe. Now I modified some of these through necessity (did you know you can substitute 4 tsp of baking powder for 1 teaspoon of baking soda?). These are all famous cook recipes (David Tanis, Mark Bittman, Paula Deen respectively) and they are all worth adding to your repertoire. Go forth and cook!
