Fish tomorrow, teamwork and chutney

Hi Folks-

The least I can do is write the post (actually it’s about the most I can do right now). Peter has been captaining the ship and he and the crew of the Uncommon Market has been rocking it. The meat case looks fabulous, care is being taken with the produce, the fish is in and the shelves (cooler and store) are stocked. I’ve been home sick, unable to cook, clean (I enjoy both)or really do anything at all. I have taken more ibuprofen than is probably good for you and I have re-read almost every single novel that Dick Francis ever wrote. I highly recommend him if you aren’t feeling well.

I thought to give you a recipe that I enjoyed making over the holidays for a balsamic onion chutney. Then I decided I am just going to make a lot of it and you can all buy some. It is absolutely delicious… it has been the high point of a cheeseboard, amazing on pizza and moved a hamburger into the celestial range. Maybe by the end of the week next week?

Fish arriving tomorrow:
