Early Mornings and Red Grouper

Hi Folks-

So we’ve got a few people on vacation and a few personnel adjustments so I am doing some deep deli time. It’s actually one of the things I love about my job, that I get to change it up and that it’s always good for me to do so. Plus it means I get to open with Peter!

So mostly I’m going to be a little tired :-), changing over to the early morning part for a bit. Before I run out of steam I want to tell you about a few of the new things we have in the market. We have just started carrying Nitty Gritty Grains which is a Vermont Organic Flour company, how cool is that? I am always playing with the thought of eating completely local…salt would be a big one (maybe if I drove to Portsmouth NH and swapped some maple syrup?) Coffee also might be an issue but I think I could work around that. The kicker for years was wine, but we’ve got that now quite nicely and beers of course are fab. Another product that I love is the new Citizen’s Cider Sweet Citizen; Non alcoholic, fizzy and cleanly crisp it comes in a lunch time can or a swanky bottle for evening presentation, it is so good!

Okay, so come visit in the morning!
