Things to make dinner better

Hi Folks-

So best new thing in the store right now is the new fish seasoning/crust. It’s a delightful mixture of seeds and seasonings and makes delicious, crunchy crust. Jami and Craig used it the other night on some striped bass and it was fantastic. I love simple, easy things that make great meals easy. Our deli is stocked with just those kinds of things, rubs, marinades, salts, things that you can easily add to simple meal preparation that up the gourmet level in an instant. I’ve actually been pretty creative with some of them. The veggie roasting rubs are great as a marinade when combined with a little oil and vinegar, the mustards make a great base for a salad dressing or drizzle after sauce. Anyway if you are stuck on an idea for dinner come talk to us in the deli!
