T’was the night before Christmas, or, actually, the night before the Christmas fish delivery and we are a little tired but very happy. Over the last ten years we have really worked out a pretty good system (embarrassingly it’s only really gotten good in the last couple of years).
One of the more wondrous and weird things about our job is that Peter and I sit quietly on Christmas knowing what 460 people, give or take, are eating for their holiday meals. It makes us happy and seems to make you all happy too!
We are open on Sunday from 9 to 12, closed Monday and opening late on Tuesday at 8:00 am.
We have ordered a bunch of fish for the case, we still have some standing rib roast and the store is, of course, filled with treats like smoked gouda dip, smoked trout, beautiful breads etc.
No pulled pork tomorrow because we need the counter space! If you have an order to pick up tomorrow, waiting until at least 11 would be super helpful.
Somebody called to see if we were making green sauce and we are not but you can go to our website and search for green sauce and find the recipe!
Hey, Merry Christmas!
