So much fun, turkeys, parties, wine tastings

Hi Folks-

Wow, retail is crazy. Just when you think you have the jump on things… I realized today, yes turkey orders are due by tomorrow (You can still call, 4.99 a pound for beautiful VT turkeys) and the wine tasting is this coming Saturday but what I really need to do is get my Christmas act together! Soon, really soon.

I’m a complete failure at stocking the store with gifty things that aren’t food related. I am, however pretty good at having nice food presents for those people on your list like me. But you know what? You are most likely not in retail, so give the whole gift thing a miss for another month.

I’ve been terribly tempted to close the day after Thanksgiving because it is literally the slowest day of the year for us. I’ll see, maybe we’ll just make something really cool that day to sell all during the holidays.

So count down to the wine tasting, we have some room left and this is such a fun event. You won’t get better food and wine for $25.00 anywhere and you can hand select wines for the holidays (drinking and giving) and get a deep 12% off on your wine all at the same time. The people who attend are extraordinarily nice, so grab a friend or come solo, it’s fun.

  • Dayboat Haddock

  • Icelandic Arctic Char

  • Swordfish

  • Alaskan Cod. Frozen at sea

  • Shetland Salmon
