A little help in the kitchen

Hi Folks-

This is Sharon’s first night this week she didn’t have to work in the deli, and she’s having dinner with Chelsea at Chelsea’s house. I hesitated mentioning this to Sharon but her plan leaves me alone. Alone and hungry. I guess I’ll just have to make a sandwich or something but that’s boring. I wish we had a few applicants for the deli positions walk into the store tomorrow and start working next week. All we need is someone good with people and willing to learn how to rock it in the kitchen. Then Sharon wouldn’t have to work so many nights and I wouldn’t be sitting here whining.

We have wild striped bass coming in tomorrow. Also we have Alaskan King Salmon and rainbow trout farmed in Idaho. We bought a conservative amount of the bass, so call early.

Fish arriving tomorrow:

  • Alaskan Cod, flash frozen at sea
  • Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
  • East Coast Halibut
  • Dayboat yellow tail sole
  • Sustainable Shetland Salmon
  • Dayboat Haddock
  • Swordfish
  • Icelandic Arctic Char
  • 16/20 Wild Gulf Shrimp
  • 10/20 Dry Scallops
  • Pemaquid oysters

See you at the Store!
