Going to the races

Hi Folks-

My Friday :-). Once again this summer we are having a long weekend, this time with all of our kids and the Saratoga Race track. We leave tomorrow at 8:00, to give us enough time to handicap the first day’s races. We are going to have so much fun. I’ll tell you all about going to a medieval festival with 10k people who are totally into it soon. Right now I’m busy :-)!

So the Provencal tomato tart recipe we’ve been eating and raving about is here Peter’s tomato Pie. Do it, now is the time, everything is so ripe.

The store is filled with berries and produce and fresh fish and great wines. Have a party. Pick a simple recipe and win, just because all food tastes good right now.
