So wacky weather abounds, no news there. I am unfortunately writing the post from the store because our internet is out at home, very frustrating.
Made a lovely pot roast over the weekend from local beef that we special ordered through the store, don’t forget that we can do that for you as well!
Peter ordered Hake for the case tomorrow and here’s a delicious Roasted Hake with Sweet Peppers recipe from the New York Times. It’s one of those one sheet pan recipes, I love those! If we are out of the hake, cod or haddock would work too.
And now I am going to go home and play Clue with Sophia and Peter!
